Undergraduate physics students who were unable to take an exam due to a scheduling conflict during the first midterm exam period will be able to take the make-up exam for that course. Make-up exams will be held on a date determined by the instructor teaching the course. Required documents for applying for a make-up exam due to a scheduling conflict:

2. A screenshot from OBS showing enrollment in the conflicting courses
3. A printout of the exam schedules showing the overlapping courses
Note: Your signed application forms must be submitted by the end of business hours on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, via email to fzkblm@yildiz.edu.tr using an @std.yildiz.edu.tr to fzkblm@yildiz.edu.tr or dropped off at the Department Secretary’s office by the end of business hours on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
