Dear Students,
The process regarding the 2025-2026 SPRING semester capstone project (course code FIZ9000) is as follows.
1. The deadline for the “Capstone Project” has been set for Thursday, June 18, 2026.
2. The capstone project and the Turnitin report must be named

must be submitted in PDF format to fzkbitirme@gmail.com by Thursday, June 18, 2026.
3. You can access the Word template for the final project from the following page:

4. Your final projects will be evaluated by three faculty members, including your advisor, prior to the poster presentation.
5. On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., posters must be displayed on the designated boards (Block B, 1st Floor, poster boards #174–193) so that the jury can evaluate them. Only students presenting a final project are required to be present at their posters.
6. The FIZ9000 Thesis poster presentations (open to all departments and all students) will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
7. The poster template can be accessed at https://fed.yildiz.edu.tr/formlar under “Undergraduate Thesis Poster Template (PowerPoint).”
